OUR ACTIVITIES

The Center organizes research programs, seminars, panel discussions, workshops, training courses and other activities relating to their use in research, culture, dialogue and peace among peoples in both national and international level.

The Center organizes activities of specialization, advanced training and residential courses for young graduates in the participating private and public Universities.

The Center organizes studies and research on the formation of a common european vocabulary of International and European law.

It also arranges studies and research regulations and Court decisions in favour of the public administration operating in European Union and abroad.


TRAINING

The Center provides training for managers and officials from the countries of Eastern Europe and the Balkans, in cooperation with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and EU authorities and agencies.

CONFERENCES

The Center aims at organisating conferences on topical issues of European/international law and international events.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

The Center organizes education seminars, panel discussions, study days and other activities on the aims and objectives of the circumstances and situations and daily needs that arise in the context of the International, European and domestic community.

Our Center is an international non governmental, non political and non profit organization dedicated to the law research, training, and teaching, established and operating as a non-profit, public interest society under American and European law. Its international headquarters have been in New York, since 1996. One of its essential purpose is to promote and disseminate knowledge among members of the international legal community.

The Center has two main departments: Department of European Union law and Department of International public and private law.

The Center is non-partisan and independent. It organizes research programs, seminars, panel discussions, workshops, training courses and other activities relating to their use in research, culture, dialogue and peace among peoples in both national and international level.

Call for papers

The CEIJ welcome working papers on critical legal studies, in particular those emanating from international public and private law and in European Union law.

 

Papers are free in lenght.

 

All the papers will be reviewed by the scientific board in addition to anonynous external reviewers to assess their quality and contribution to academic debates.

 

CEIJ author style requires: Title of the paper, abstract, key words, bibliography.

 

Authors who would like their articles to be considered for publication online in our Centre is open all over the year.

Call for book                chapters

The Center of European and International Justice-CEIJ has opened an invitation for submission for book chapters. We are interested in particular in critical approaches to the next research topics of our Centre:

1.Diplomatic methods for the resolution of international disputes before the international Courts.

2.Stability and security co-evolution and interaction in the Mediterannean sea.

3.Principles of European criminal law according to the jurisprudence of CJEU.

All accepted manuscripts are published free of charges, i.e. no financial contribution is required from the authors.

All the people who collaborate with our Center including our director are without salary. Those who want to make a donation can contact us through our email (CEIJ@gmail.com). The money that comes from donations will be used transparently exclusively for scientific research and according to the purposes of the center. A relative final report will also be communicated to the donor himself.
